Description
Proiectare, asistență tehnică şi execuţie lucrări - obiectivul de investiţii: "CONSTRUIRE TERMINAL DE PRODUSE PETROLIERE - INVESTITOR: JT OIL TERMINAL CONSTANTA SRL" Durata contractului este de 60 de luni, după cum urmează: - 1 luna elaborare proiect de executie; - 5 luni execuţie lucrări infrastructura, dar nu mai tarziu de 30.11.2023; - 18 luni execuție lucrări suprastuctură; - 36 luni perioadă de garanție. Termenul pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de 15 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea Contractanta va raspunde o singura data, tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari, in a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor (conf. Art. 161, alin 1 din Legea 98.2016).
