Description
Procurement of works - Construction works on Aviation Academy building in Vrsac - phase I within the project – Dual education training centre, financed from the loan LD2106 (2021) by Council of Europe Development bank. In accordance with the Law on ratification of the LD 2106 (2021) Loan Framework agreement concluded between the Council of Europe Development Bank and the Republic of Serbia for the project loan – Dual education training centre. Procurements of works, goods and services which are to be financed in accordance with the Project are harmonized with the Guidelines to procurement of the Council of Europe Development bank.
