Description
The scope of works will include demolition and clearance of informal housing and other low-rise structures, re-alignment and regulation of a 1.8 km reach of the Lana River, construction of boulevards, including dedicated paths for cyclists and pedestrians, on both sides of the river, construction of a grade separated interchange, at approximately the midpoint of the alignment, construction of two steel girder pedestrian footbridges, construction of pipe networks for stormwater, foul sewerage, firefighting and irrigation water, construction of electrical street and pedestrian area lighting systems and construction of infrastructure for the future installation of traffic signalling, by others.
