Description
Seine Habitat poursuit le renouvellement urbain en partie nord du Quartier Saint Julien à Petit-Quevilly. Dans ce cadre, notre société engage une nouvelle phase du projet urbain qui consiste, suite à la démolition en cours de l'immeuble Chateaubriand, rue Martial Spinneweber, en la reconstruction sur site d'environ 120 logements répartis sur 2 immeubles. La résidence reprendra le nom de François-René de Chateaubriand.
