Description
Met dit dossier zijn we op zoek naar een partner voor het bouwen van een constructie voor het event De Warmste Week. VRT heeft de intentie om de komende 3 jaar met dezelfde constructie het land rond te trekken. De overeenkomst heeft een looptijd van 1 jaar met de mogelijkheid om deze nog 2 keer te verlengen met telkens 1 editie ; enkel wanneer het ontwerp van deze edities geen wezenlijke wijziging ondergaat tov de ontwerp dat meegestuurd is met dit dossier. Tijdens de week van De Warmste Week (18-24 december 2024) is de centrale plek van de actie gesitueerd 't Zand in 8000 Brugge; onderdeel van het event is uiteraard de behuizing waar alles zal gebeuren : radio-uitzendingen, concerten, technische ruimte, ... Voor de constructie zoeken we een partner die dit samen met VRT zal kunnen realiseren. In bijlage steekt een schets hoe het er potentieel zou kunnen uitzien ; voor alle input en/of aanpassingen rekenen we op de expertise van de gekozen partner.
