Description

Este procedimiento contractual tiene como propósito seleccionar la oferta más conveniente para la CONSTRUCCIÓN DE LA OBRA CIVIL DE LA PLANTA DE TRATAMIENTO DE AGUAS RESIDUALES GUANGARCUCHO, SUMINISTRO, INSTALACIÓN Y PRUEBAS DE EQUIPAMIENTO (Incluye un lote de repuestos para el continuo e ininterrumpido funcionamiento de la estación depuradora), ARRANQUE, PUESTA EN MARCHA Y ACOMPAÑAMIENTO A LA OPERACIÓN DE LA PLANTA, en la ciudad de Cuenca, República del Ecuador, de acuerdo al contenido de los presentes Documentos de Licitación y los estudios y diseños definitivos y actualizados del Proyecto; el sistema de tratamiento de la fase líquida está compuesto por LODOS ACTIVADOS CONVENCIONAL y para la fase sólida se ha previsto espesamiento (a gravedad para lodos primarios -, natas y espumas, y en bandas para lodos secundarios), digestión anaeróbica, deshidratación y generación de energía eléctrica partir del biogas, sistemas para el control de olores.
