Le présent appel d'offresa pour objectif de définir les modalités et les conditions dans lesquelles les candidats pourront soumettre leurs offres dans le cadre de l'appel d'offres pour la conclusion d'un contrat-cadre de relatif à la fourniture de consommables informatiques et des petits accessoires. Ce contrat-cadre a pour but de répondre aux besoins réguliers en matière de consommables pour l’ensemble des services du Conseil de l’Europe, de La Cour Européenne des Droits de l’Homme, de l’EDQM et du CEJS, tout en garantissant des produits de qualité et un service fiable et performant.
