Description
The review shall analyse the conditions for successful new establishment of public workplaces outside the Oslo area and successfully move out of public workplaces from the Oslo area. It shall document and evaluate in what way they have completely or partly worked well and what are the success criteria for this. The review shall also assess whether Legal management for the government localisation guidelines, and in particular point 4 Development on the needs in the sector and safeguarding localisation policy targets, provides a good starting point for assessing localisation locations for government workplaces and possibly presents proposals for improvements. The estimated value of the procurement is from NOK 1,200,000 excluding VAT to NOK 1,400,000 excluding VAT. See annex 1 of the contract for further details on the delivery.
