L'accord-cadre a pour objet des prestations de conseil et d'assistance juridiques du Département, ainsi que le cas échéant la représentation en justice, dans tous les domaines relevant de ses compétences. Cela comprend également la défense des intérêts du Département tant en défense qu'en demande. L'accord-cadre est décomposé en 7 lots : Lot 1-Droit de la commande publique ; Lot 2-Droit public général ; Lot 3-Droits privé et pénal ; Lot 4-Droits fiscal et financier ; Lot 5-Droit de la protection de l'enfance ; Lot 6-Droits de l'urbanisme et de l'environnement ; Lot 7-Droit de la fonction publique.
