Description

Combinatie confocaal en multifoton microscoop, welke in een elektrofysiologische opstelling geïntegreerd kan worden en zowel acute en lange-termijn structurele en functionele beeldverwerking in hersenweefsel mogelijk maakt. Om gedetailleerde structurele beeldvorming mogelijk te maken, terwijl fototoxiciteit wordt geminimaliseerd, moet het systeem gekoppeld worden aan solid-state multipixel foton counter detectoren (met een betere fotondetectie-efficiëntie en signaal-ruis dan GaAsP PMT's). 1 opstelling
