Având în vedere specificul achiziției, se va încheia un acord-cadru de servicii cu un singur operator economic, cu durata de 24 luni, pentru Conducte de polietilenă de Înaltă Densitate (PEHD) utilizate în activitatea zilnică a Apavital S.A. conform cerintelor din caietul de sarcini. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 19 zile. Entitatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări sau informaţiilor suplimentare în a 11-a zi înainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
