Description
Tromsø municipality currently has a total building mass of approx. 470,000 m2. The buildings shall be administered in a responsible manner, which means that the municipality shall ensure that the buildings are secure and adapted to the needs of the users. There is, therefore, a need to carry out a mapping of the condition of selected buildings. Based on the mapping, the municipality will be able to prepare better maintenance plans and prioritise the necessary measures to ensure that the buildings function optimally and safeguard the users ́ needs.
