Description
De doelstelling die Gasunie nastreeft met deze opdracht is de doelstelling van Pangea: om een voor Gasunie efficiënt en beheersbaar systeem van IT-voorzieningen en de daarbij behorende processen in een customer-to-bill keten (waaronder in ieder geval transport en opslag) te realiseren dat ingericht is voor verschillende domeinen, waaronder ten minste aardgas, waterstof, warmte en CO2. Gasunie wil door middel van deze aanbestedingsprocedure een strategische IT-partner contracteren die samen met Gasunie de hierboven geformuleerde doelstelling van het programma Pangea gaat verwezenlijken. De scope van de opdracht is om samen met een strategische IT-partner via een hybrid Agile way of working software te ontwikkelen en het bestaande IT-landschap geschikt te maken voor het transport en opslag van aardgas, waterstof, warmte en CO2. Bijlage 9 Scope beschrijving Pangea bevat een uitgebreide omschrijving van de scope van de opdracht. Daarin leest u wat de specificaties en kenmerken zijn va 80.000.000 euro
