Description
Le présent concours sur esquisse est organisé en vue de la passation d'un marché de maîtrise d'oeuvre relatif à la création d'un dépôt bus et de son aménagement extérieur. Les principales caractéristiques du programme afférent au dépôt de bus et de son aménagement extérieur sont les suivantes : Construction de deux bâtiments distincts (1/ maintenance 2/ exploitation), d'espaces extérieurs de stationnement de BHNS (bus à haut niveau de service) 24 mètres, d'espaces de stationnement de véhicules légers dédiés à l'activité et personnels, d'équipements techniques spécifiques à l'activité (station de lavage) etc…Ceci dans une démarche d'optimisation de l'existant et du fonctionnement futur du site
