Le contrat comporte une tranche optionnelle définie au cahier des charges. Marché sans publicité ni mise en concurrence conclu avec l'un des lauréats du concours restreint de maitrise d'oeuvre sur esquisse pour la construction du centre technique de l'agglomération d'Agen et de la Ville d'Agen 2023TB02 Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure règlement de l'appel à candidatures. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Ce projet comprend : - la construction neuve des locaux pour le CTMA - la démolition des locaux administratifs du Marché aux Bestiaux et la reconstruction de nouveaux locaux - le réaménagement de la Halle aux Bestiaux pour le CTMA et le Marché aux Bestiaux ; - la démolition de la brasserie du Marché sous la Halle aux Bestiaux et la prise en compte d'une réserve foncière, centrale et visible depuis l'avenue d'Aquitaine, pour l'implantation du futur restaurant ; - la prise en compte d'une réserve foncière près de la future station bioGNV pour l'implantation des futurs locaux du délégataire transports
