Description
Le concours restreint sur esquisse a été organisé afin de conclure un marché de maîtrise pour la construction d'un nouvel équipement public. Cet équipement comprendra un groupe scolaire comprenant 10 salles de classes (4 classes maternelles et 6 classes élémentaires), un centre aéré d'une capacité d'accueil de 300 enfants répartis en 2 tranches d'âge (3-5 ans et 6-10 ans), ainsi que des espaces mutualisés intérieurs et extérieurs pour les deux entités. Le montant de l'enveloppe financière prévisionnelle globale affectée aux travaux est de 7.000.000,00 euros HT (valeur décembre 2023).
