Description
Le projet consiste en la création du nouveau siège du Maître d'Ouvrage après démolition des bâtiments existants à Écuires. Le projet est constitué de 4 opérations NON distinctes comprenant : - Opération 01 : Le futur bâtiment d'une surface utile d'environ 2 500 m² sur 3 niveaux dont un en sous-sol (désamiantage, démolitions de 2 bâtiments, construction neuves, ...). - Opération 02 : la réhabilitation du bâtiment Service Déchets (désamiantage, ITE, couverture, aménagements intérieurs, ...) - Opération 03 : Aménagement de la plateforme : désamiantage, démolitions, créations d'un hangar de stockage type industriel, création de box de stockage, aire de lavage, abri BOM, mise au propre de la plateforme actuelle, ... - Opération 04 : création d'un parking d'environ 140 places et mise en oeuvre d'ombrières photovoltaïques compris raccordement ect ... L'estimatif travaux est de 10 820 988 Euros HT toutes opérations confondues.
