LAD-SPL agit en qualité de mandataire du maître d'ouvrage, la Communauté d'Agglomération de la région nazairienne et de l'estuaire (CARENE). Le projet est une opération de restructuration du centre technique qui devra s'inscrire dans une démarche de sobriété énergétique et d'écoconception, tout en veillant à la fonctionnalité et au confort d'usages à l'exploitation.
