Description
La présente consultation concerne un concours restreint de maîtrise d'oeuvre sur « Esquisse » pour la reconstruction de l'école élémentaire de M'tsahara plateau cailloux et d'un réfectoire + city stade. L'opération prévoit la démolition des bâtiments existants. L'hypothèse étudiée en phase de programmation consistait à conserver les 5 salles de classes sur la partie haute (bâtiments E, F et G).
