Description

Le projet prévoit une restructuration et une construction neuve, sur une surface globale de 8042 m2SU (11400m2 SDO): La restructuration des bâtiments existants A et R concerne environ 3300 m² SU sur 2 niveaux (Entresol 1 et RDC Haut) Le bâtiment neuf est estimé à environ 4700 m² SU répartis sur 4 niveaux (Entresol 2, Entresol 1, RDC Haut et R+1). La continuité de ces 2 ensembles sera assurée par : Une interface directe avec le bâtiment R à l'entresol 1 et au RDCH. La création de passerelles vers le bâtiment A aux niveaux Entresol 1 et RDC Haut. Le coût prévisionnel des travaux est de 28 600 000 euros HT, hors équipements mobiliers, biomédicaux, logistique non intégrés au programme.
