Description

Concours de maîtrise d'oeuvre sur esquisse + CONSTRUCTION D'UN CENTRE DÉPARTEMENTAL D'ACTION SOCIALE SUR LA COMMUNE LE RHEU Le projet porte sur l'ensemble de l'opération définie par le programme architectural dont les principaux éléments sont : La construction d'un bâtiment en étage(s) comprenant des locaux ouverts au public (accueil, bureaux d'entretien, salle de commission, salles de visites médiatisées, locaux PMI, …), des locaux administratifs (bureaux, salle de pause, salle de réunion, …), des locaux supports et des locaux logistiques ; L'aménagement des espaces extérieurs (stationnement des véhicules et vélos de services, …) ; Les travaux nécessaires aux raccordements des locaux (réseaux, …). Le coût prévisionnel affecté au travaux par le Maître d'ouvrage est fixé à 3 680 000 euros HT
