Description

Le Dpt du Var envisage la reconstruction du Collège des Pins d'Alep à Toulon. L'établissement actuel ne correspond plus aux dernières normes. Le nouveau collège sera érigé en lieu et place des terrains de sport et bâtiment administratif existant dans l'emprise du projet. Une fois la construction terminée, l'ancien édifice sera démoli. Cette démolition ne fait pas partie de l'opération de construction du nouveau collège de Pins d'Alep. Le terrain ainsi libéré sera aménagé pour accueillir les terrains de sport. Cet aménagement est également hors projet. Ces dispositions permettent ainsi de maintenir les élèves (800) sur site pendant la construction du nouvel établissement. Le projet sera réalisé en site occupé, les activités du collège actuel seront à maintenir le temps du chantier exception faite de la pratique de l'Education Physique et Sportive qui sera déployée sur un autre site (hors projet). Le projet respectera la réglementation RE 2020. Les variantes ne sont pas autorisées
