La présente consultation a pour objet de désigner le ou les lauréats du concours de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la construction d'une Maison de la Culture à Albens- Entrelacs. Concours restreint sur esquisse en application de l'article R 2172-2 du code de la commande publique (CCP). En application de l'article R 2122-6 du CCP, le concours pourra être suivi d'une procédure négociée sans publicité ni mise en concurrence préalables avec le lauréat ou l'un des lauréats du concours en vue de l'attribution du marché de maîtrise d'oeuvre
