Invitation to eligible Bidders to submit a Bid for the Conclusion of a Framework Agreement regarding the provision of service by two (2) specialized Transportation Service Providers (under the term CARRIER hereinafter), under the “CONCLUSION OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT SERVICES OF LNG SEMI TRAILERS (ADR TANKS) WITH FL type TRACTORS” with an expected duration of two (2) years with potential extension for one (1) additional year.
