Le présent contrat constitue un contrat de concession de travaux comportant délégation de service public qui a pour objet de confier au concessionnaire : - L'exploitation d'un complexe sportif tennistique existant situé au sein du parc du Petit Lodi - Le financement, la construction et l'exploitation d'une extension de ce complexe par l'intermédiaire d'un BEA Le présent contrat est conclu pour une durée de 25 ans à compter du 1er septembre 2024 ou de la notification du présent contrat si celle-ci est postérieure
