Description
Le contrat de concession de type délégation de service public à pour objet la réalisation et l'exploitation d'un réseau de chaleur et de fraîcheur de la ville d'Aix-en-Provence. Le contrat de concession impose au concessionnaire, entre autres, les obligations et l'exécution des missions suivantes : -Financement et construction des ouvrages permettant l'alimentation du réseau ; -La réalisation d'une installation de fourniture de fraicheur et des équipements de distributions/livraison associés ; -Exploitation des installations ; -Fourniture de chaleur et de fraicheur aux usagers et signature des polices d'abonnement ; -Entretien de l'ensemble des ouvrages constituant le service ; -Suivi du patrimoine
