Description
La consultation a pour objet de désigner un concessionnaire pour l'exploitation du casino situé 777 Allée du Casino à BLOTZHEIM (68730) selon les conditions définies par le Contrat. L'exploitation du casino comprendra la gestion, l'exploitation commerciale, l'entretien-maintenance et le financement des activités indissociables : jeux, restauration et animation. Le Contrat est une concession de service public au sens de l'article L.1121-3 du Code de la commande publique.
