Description
Le contrat de concession aura pour objet la délégation du service public de distribution de l'eau potable sur les communes de CHANTELOUP-EN-BRIE, CHALIFERT, MONTEVRAIN, FERRIERES-EN-BRIE, LESCHES, actuellement gérées en délégation par le contrat « SAUR ». Il s'agira d'un contrat de concession de service au sens de l'article L.1121-3 du Code de la commande publique (CCP) et de l'article L.1411-1 du Code général des collectivités territoriales (CGCT). L'exploitation prendra effet à compter du 1er janvier 2026. La durée de l'exploitation est fixée à 5 ans. La valeur prévisionnelle globale de la concession est évaluée à 20 millions d'euros HT sur la base du chiffre d'affaires total HT pendant la durée du contrat. Ce montant, exprimé en euros courants, est indiqué à titre indicatif. <br/>
