La présente consultation a pour objet le choix, par m2A, du ou des opérateurs économiques qui seront actionnaires de la SEMOP à laquelle sera confiée une concession de service public pour la conception, la réalisation et l'exploitation du réseau de chaleur urbain pour une durée de 25 ans. La SEMOP aura pour objet social, d'une part, la conception et la réalisation du RCU et, d'autre part, son exploitation.
