La présente consultation vise à la passation d'un traité de concession avec un aménageur concessionnaire pour la réalisation de l'opération ZAC de la Plaine. Cette consultation se conforme à la procédure afférente aux concessions d'aménagement avec transfert de risque financier au concessionnaire dans le respect des articles L.300-4 et R.300-4 à R.300-9 du code de l'urbanisme ainsi que du livre III du code de la commande publique relatif aux concessions
