Description
La présente consultation a pour objet de permettre au Resah d'acquérir des prestations de conception réalisation , montage et démontage pour l'aménagement du stand Resah pour l'évènement « Santexpo » pour les années : 2025, 2026, 2027 et 2028. Il s'agit de concevoir, fabriquer, monter et démonter le stand pour le salon « SANTEXPO » qui se déroule courant mai (du 20 au 22 mai pour l'année 2025) à Paris Expo, Porte de Versailles, Hall 1. Dans ce cadre, le Titulaire est chargé d'assurer, en lien avec le pôle événementiel : - la conception et l'aménagement du stand dans le respect du règlement de l'organisateur, - la coordination des différentes prestations pour la réalisation du stand (fabrication du stand, sélection du mobilier, impression des visuels - le graphisme étant fourni par le Resah selon spécifications techniques indiquées par le Titulaire)le respect du rétro planning validé par le pôle évènementiel - la logistique technique (livraison du mobilier, montage / nettoyage / démontage / branchement / agencement) - le stockage, montage et démontage des éléments constitutifs du stand - la logistique ressource- s humaines (personnel technique) Le stand du Resah devra être li…
