Description

La consultation est lancée selon une procédure avec négociation, en application des articles L.2124-3, R.2124-3, R.2161-3, R.2161-12 à R.2161-20 du Code de la commande publique. La procédure comporte 2 phases : - La présente phase : « Phase 1 - CANDIDATURES » : Sélection des opérateurs économiques, sur la base de leur dossier de candidature, pour participer à la « Phase 2 - OFFRES » et aux éventuelles négociations. - La phase ultérieure : « Phase 2 - OFFRES » : Production d'une offre par les opérateurs économiques sélectionnés à l'issue de la phase 1 et négociations. Le marché est soumis aux règles du Cahier des Clauses Administratives Générales applicable aux marchés publics de travaux et aux marchés publics de fournitures courantes et de services tel, qu'issu de l'arrêté du 30 mars 2021
