Description
La Concession a pour objet la conception, la réalisation et le financement du réaménagement, ainsi que l’exploitation des anciens bâtiments de la RTBF au Palais des Congrès de Liège (ci-après « le Bien »). L’I.G.I.L. souhaite pourvoir, par la présente mise en concurrence, à la valorisation maximale financière du Bien, mais sans négliger la qualité du projet immobilier, tant en termes patrimoniaux, culturels, urbanistiques et architecturaux qu’en termes de performance énergétique, que l’Adjudicataire s’engage à y réaliser selon la programmation fonctionnelle et le calendrier de réalisation décrits dans son Offre (ci-après le « Projet »). L’I.G.I.L. donnera le Bien en emphytéose à l’Adjudicataire afin que celui-ci réalise le Projet sur le Bien. Le Contrat, dont le term-sheet est joint en Annexe B.5, sera signé sous seing privé dans les deux (2) mois de la désignation de l’Adjudicataire et authentifié après l’obtention du Permis.
