Număr zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor :18 Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul-limita mentionat mai sus.
