Description
Tromsø municipality procured consultancy services for the preparation of an IT strategy with the accompanying operational model. The intention was to ensure that IT supports and enables the municipality ́s strategies and plans. The strategy shall describe a plan for IT and provide a future orientated operational model that covers the needs of the organisation. The strategy shall be performance driven by it being based on the municipality ́s plans and action programme and the municipality ́s possibility room. The work on the IT strategy requires broad anchoring in the organisation.
