Description
Byrådsavdeling for helse has given the Nursing Home Agency, hereafter called the contracting authority, the task of procuring service provision contracts for Kantarellenhjemmet and Uranienborghjemmet respectively. Based on this, the contracting authority invites tenderers to a negotiated procedure. The background for the procurement is a desire for a larger part of private actors in the health and welfare services. This is so that we can contribute to a more and more versatile offer for the inhabitants of Oslo and to develop the quality of the service. The award will be on the basis of which tender is quality based on the price stipulated for the assignment, see Annex I- 2 and Annex II - 2. The quality will be evaluated as described in Annex I - 1 and Annex II -1.
