Description
Troms County invites tenderers to a competition for public transport services by bus in Nord-Troms. The contract shall be valid from 1.3.2026 to and including 29.2.2036. In addition the contracting authority has a unilateral option to extend the contract for up to three years. The competition is effectively a continuation of the previous competition, which was cancelled 24.6.2024. The tender documentation is changed in these procedure rules (cf. the red print). Annex 5 Tender Form has also been amended. Furthermore, the contracting authority ́s response to qualification from the cancelled competition applies. Unanswered questions from the cancelled tender contest will be answered in this tender contest.
