Description
The project shall identify energy efficiency measures that are implemented in the Nordic countries and that can be transferred to other Nordic countries. The study shall include a mapping of energy efficiency measures in the Nordic countries. The mapping shall also include an assessment of the effect of the initiatives across the different sectors for energy efficiency, including "business/industry", "buildings" and "households" for each Nordic country. Finally, the project shall include a barrier analysis for the implementation of the energy efficiency measures.
