Description
The contractor shall provide the human and material resources necessary to provide the communication Agency services described in the technical specification of this tendering process and which include: 1. Strategic communication consulting and coordination; 2. Handling of press relations; 3. Social media strategy and content management; 4. Creation of graphic content for social networks; 5. Creation of audio-visual materials; 6. Creation of graphic materials specific for Christmas; 7. Other services related to institutional communication affairs.
