Description
Door middel van deze aanbesteding wil de aanbestedende dienst zorgen en borgen dat medewerkers van VRBZO kwalitatief op verschillende niveaus en manieren kunnen communiceren waarbij de veiligheid van de medewerkers geborgd wordt. In de nieuw te sluiten overeenkomst wil VRBZO heldere afspraken maken, gebaseerd op de huidige marktsituatie en deze actief monitoren en controleren. Om tot een goed resultaat te komen dienen de volgende zaken te worden geborgd: - de kwaliteit (betrouwbaarheid) (apparatuur, bereik en verstaanbaarheid); - de marktconformiteit van de prijs/prijzen (borging middels concurrentiestelling); - technische ondersteuning (o.a. beschikbaarheid van onderdelen gedurende de gehele economische levensduur). Met één leverancier wordt een overeenkomst aangegaan, waarvan het concept als bijlage bij dit aanbestedingsdocument is gevoegd.
