De gevraagde Dienstverlening ziet toe op integrale communicatietrajecten en losse middelen. Rijkswaterstaat heeft een brede en diverse behoefte aan communicatieadvies, coördinatie en uitvoering. Een integrale Opdracht aan Opdrachtnemer kan bestaan uit het ontwikkelen van een communicatiestrategie en/of een communicatieplan.
