La Commune de Ballaigues envisage de démolir/transformer les bâtiments existants ECA 79 et 80, qui sont en note 4 au recensement architectural cantonal, et de construire un bâtiment regroupant un parking privé/public souterrain, une UAPE ainsi que des logements. La Commune souhaite organiser une procédure d’appel d’offres ouverte pour le mandat d’architecture, soumise aux AIMP et aux accords internationaux.
