Description
Le présent accord-cadre vise à confier la réalisation de prestations de collecte des déchets générés sur le site de l'Hôpital de la Timone et sur ses sites annexes (IHU Méditerranée Infection et Laboratoire de la Faculté de médecine) ainsi que diverses prestations associées. Le contrat est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande (sur la base du BPU) avec montant maximum en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Le montant maximum est défini par période : - Période n°1 : 360 000,00 euro(s)- Période n°2 : 1020 000,00 euro(s)- Période n°3 : 1020 000,00 euro(s)- Période n°4 : 1020 000,00 euro(s)- Période n°5 : 720 000,00 euro(s)
