Description
Le marché a pour objet la collecte des encombrants sur appel téléphonique des usagers sur le territoire du SMICTOM. Le marché est réservé, conformément aux dispositions des articles L.2113-13 et R.2113-7 du code de la commande publique, à des Structures d'Insertion par l'Activité Économique (SIAE) mentionnées à l'article L.5132-4 du code du travail et à des structures équivalentes lorsqu'au moins 50% des travailleurs concernés sont des travailleurs défavorisés.
