Description
Create culture for, as well as form and put together R&D projects with municipalities, research institutions and local businesses. In Sarpsborg municipality ́s community plan 2018-2030 it is pointed out that Sarpsborg shall be an attractive place to establish a new business, and that existing entities shall have good options for growth and Profitability. The municipality shall also have sustainable and future orientated businesses. SIN will use this partner agreement to cooperate with the municipality in order to achieve these Goals. In the social plan it is specified that Sarpsborg municipality shall stimulate increased research and innovation work through partnerships. This is followed up in municipality ́s action programme for business development. Below is a list of how the municipality and SIN shall cooperate to achieve this.
