Description

At NEXT Uddannelse København (NEXT), we educate tomorrow's Process Operators. To achieve this, we have decided, with support from Nordea-fonden, to establish a coherent, practice-oriented, and sustainable coffee production line for our hands-on Process Operator training program. The packaging of roasted coffee is a key component in providing a hands-on learning experience with an automatic packaging machine system. Background: The market has an increasing demand for educated Process Operators, which NEXT aims to support by increasing the number of students and expanding our hands-on training facilities. A common trend is the focus on reducing waste; therefore, we have decided to establish a complete coffee processing line with the educational purpose. To reduce food waste it is potentially the idea to supply coffee to employees at all 14 NEXT locations in the Copenhagen area of Denmark.
