Description
The purpose of the contract is to support the Council of Europe in its sustainable development approach and the strategy of decarbonizing its activities. The initial tasks are described below and will be invoiced at a fixed rate. Nevertheless, the Council will have the option of ordering additional tasks by means of purchase orders based on the contractual unit price list (BPU).
