Le Conseil de l'Europe souhaite choisir un gestionnaire de sa crèche au sein de son siège à Strasbourg à partir de l'année scolaire 2025-2026 et pour une période initiale de 5 ans. Pour atteindre cet objectif final, le Conseil de l'Europe procédera en deux étapes : 1. Le présent appel à manifestation d'intérêt pour informer les prestataires de nos besoins futurs 2. Un appel d'offres pour discuter et sélectionner les solutions des fournisseurs et attribuer le contrat.
