Der udbydes 3 delaftaler: Delaftale 1: Cochlear implantater og tilbehør (genudbud) Delaftale 2a: Benforankrede høreapparater og tilbehør (Region Midtjylland) Delaftale 2b: Benforankrede høreapparater og tilbehør (Region Nordjylland) Delaftale 1 omfatter Region Nordjylland og Region Midtjylland. I forbindelse med kontraktindgåelsen vil der blive udfærdiget separat kontrakt og kontraktbilag (undtagen kontraktbilag 5, som allerede indgår i udbudsmaterialet i et eksemplar for hver deltagende region) for hver region.
