Description
Kennisnet wil met deze aanbesteding haar ERP-bedrijfsvoeringssoftware inkopen bij een te selecteren ERP-software-leverancier; een flexibele en kwalitatief hoogwaardige, dienstverlenende organisatie die deze levert. Kennisnet neemt op dit moment een HRM & ERP licentie af van AFAS Software B.V voor circa 150 gebruikers. Door toekomstige uitbreiding van de in te zetten functionaliteit op gebied van tijdschrijven en de hoeveel gebruikers zal de Europese drempelwaarde worden overschreden. Vooruitlopend hierop wordt de inkoop van ERP licenties Europees aanbesteed. De opdracht wordt gegund aan de inschrijver, welke voldoet aan de minimale eisen en die geen onregelmatige documenten heeft ingediend en welke de economisch meest voordelige inschrijving heeft gedaan waarbij beoordeeld zal worden op basis van de beste prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding (Beste PKV). Hoofdwegingsfactor “kwaliteit” bedraagt 65%; hoofdwegingsfactor “prijs” telt voor 35% mee.
